For boaters with their own trailers and the ability to haul their own boats, Point Bay Marina offers a special rate for year round customers with summer dockage at $60.00/Ft. and winter storage for only $15.00/Ft. with NO minimum charge! Just think, no more hassles and expenses of registration, inspection or insuring your trailer.¹ You will save the time and effort of hauling your boat away in the fall and hauling it back in the spring. You will also have some extra space around the yard or room to park both cars in the garage.

We would like to remind you that the combined fees of $60/ft for dockage and $15/ft for storage are still considerably less than dockage alone at most other full service marinas on Lake Champlain! Storing your boat with us will also guarantee that you will have a space next summer (available space is sold with a priority going to year round customers). We can handle all of your winterizing and spring commissioning requirements, as well as boat covering and any service  you may be thinking about having done during the long winter months. You may also perform any or all of your own service; we have a fully stocked parts department with all of the winterizing supplies. If you have a small car and cannot haul or launch your boat, we will be happy to provide this service for an additional $50.00 each way.
